Our community's water meters are read on the 1st or 2nd of each month. You should receive your bill within 1 to 2 business days thereafter. If you do not receive your bill by the 5th of the month, call the office. Also contact our office for any additional information.
Payment is due by 4:00pm on the 16th of every month. After that, a $15.00 late charge is automatically added on Residential Accounts and $20 late charge on all Commercial Accounts by the billing software.
If payment has not been received on the last day of the month by 9:00am, SWSHWSC has the right to disconnect service at your meter. The disconnect/reconnect fee is $50.00. For example, if your payment was due by September 16th, and no payment or payment arrangement has been made by the last day of September, then you will be disconnected. You would have been given a full month to pay your bill.
